Return and Refund Policy

• There are NO returns or refunds for shirts. 

          Returns for shuttles are as follows:

• If a cancellation is made 5 days prior to a shuttle event, full refund
• If a cancellation is made 72 hours (3 days) prior to a shuttle event, 75% refund
• If a cancellation is made 24-72 hours prior to a shuttle event, 50% refund
• If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior, NO REFUND
• No show on the day of shuttle or if you are late and miss the shuttle depart time, NO REFUND
• We may cancel shuttles due to mechanical problems OR bad weather/muddy/windy conditions at any time, full refund.

•  I will make every effort to fill your seat if you need to cancel, if I can fill your spot on the shuttle there will be a $20.00 cancel fee. However it's not always possible.
